Yes, we buy our products from our Funko Supplier and other reputable stores such as Funko shop, etc. We do get trade in and buy from customers, and we do our best to check each one to make sure they are genuine.
We accept majority of all credit cards, American Express, Afterpay and Beem it (@mightytoys) at this stage.
Yes, we do, however online only.
We will dispatch items when full payment is received. Payment generally takes 3-4 days to process depending on your bank. We may ask for proof of ID and address.
Unfortunately, not available at this stage.
Some products or type of payment may incur a small handling fee of 4%-6% on the total order. When selecting payment via Credit Card, there will be no handling fee.
Certainly, we encourage pick up to save you money and to reduce the risk of items getting damaged in delivery.
Pick up is at our store, 779B Port Road, Woodville 5011.

All pre-orders items have an ETA (Estimated Date of Arrival) to our supplier, then usually we will receive the items within a week. In the rare circumstance that we cannot order in the product for you, a full refund will be given.
If the ETA (Estimated Date of Arrival) has long passed, means stock may have been delayed due to covid19/ supply issues, or we are so busy and slack that we have not gone around to update that listing yet =).
Order means, we do not have the stock on hand yet, but we can order the item in just for you. Order usually takes up to 2-4 week for us to receive it in the store. In the rare circumstance that we cannot order in the product for you, a full refund will be given.

Yes! Shipping rate is calculated at checkout. We do understand sometimes it can be off, if so, please message us and we will double check for you.

72x 4" Funko Pop Vinyl is the best value for shipping oversea.
Example: Shipping 72 Pops usually work out about $3-$5AUD per pop depending on the pops and in protector or not.
PLEASE MESSAGE US TO GET THIS QUOTE IF YOU ARE AFTER 36-72 POPS as the calculations on here can be off on the website.
Yes, you can, however if you do, we will post out once everything is in stock. If you like your available items first, please place the order separately otherwise we will assume to post them all together.
If you have accidentally place pre-order and available items together and want the available items ASAP, please contact us and we will sort it out for you. However, there may be a second postage charge depending on the weight and size of the item.
The item is shipped via Australia Post, according to the size and weight of the item/Items. A tracking number will also be provided from an automated Australia Post email to you after they dispatch.
All sales are final, we do not accept refund on change of mind.
Most items will be dispatched within a week after full payment is received. Pre-Orders will be dispatched as soon as we have received them.
Tracking information will be emailed to you from Australia Post (please check Junk/Spam mail).
WARRANTY
This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
You must check your item(s) and report the damages or faults (pictures or videos) to us by email after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time frame or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.
Please confirm that you have checked the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.
We do not offer refund or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the rare circumstance that we can cancel and refund your order, there will be a 2.2% processing fee which our payment system (Square) Charges.
Packaging defective/damages that does not damage the item itself is not subject to a refund or exchange.
We do understand there are box collectors out there especially for Funko Pop Vinyl. We do our best to protect them but cannot control everything.
We will be happy to replace the product or refund if the product arrives damaged if you notify us and return the damaged item within 3 business days of receiving the items.
Refund and replacement generally take up to 4 working days to process and will notify you right after it has been processed.
NOTE:
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused and/or mishandled.
Unfortunately, we do not due to our prices are generally lower than RRP.
Our Shipping fees are:

- $14.99 for items from 500 grams to 1kg
- $14.99 Capped Shipping for order over $149.99*
